Wheat Harvest 2020 - Day 5

#wheatharvest2020 This morning, we got the combine loaded while it was still sort of cool. It was supposed to be raining today so we pushed our departure date back by one day. It’s been so bloody hot while trying to pack the Cottage on Wheels and get the house in order. This evening, though, it cooled down a lot once the front rolled in and it started to rain. The temperature dropped from 85 to 60 in about 10 minutes. We’ll head south with the second and final load tomorrow (6/10).
