Wheat Harvest 2020 - Day 14

#wheatharvest2020 Sometimes in life you find the best made plans are the ones that never happen. This is so true with harvest. Our “plan” was to finish the 50 acres the farmer asked us to do (because his combine broke down), clean the combine and header and move everything back to Sharon. It almost happened that way. Throw in an additional 11 acres of seed wheat (at the last minute) and that’s exactly what we did. I’m thankful the combine wasn’t 1/2 cleaned when we saw the message. Job #1...complete. And now...bring on the rain.
