[Trailer] State Supreme Court Ruled Drop Boxes are Illegal, But Liberal Justices Poised to Overturn | Facts Matter

With the upcoming presidential election only 24 weeks away, we’re seeing last minute efforts to try and change the voting rules across many different states. For instance, take the case of Wisconsin. Their state Supreme Court recently flipped from a conservative majority (to a liberal majority) — and now, as a result, the Wisconsin State Supreme Court is looking poised to reverse their earlier ruling in regards to ballot drop boxes. Meaning that within the next few weeks, we can reasonably expect the Wisconsin ballot drop boxes to (once again) be placed on the streets — just in time for the upcoming August primaries. And given the fact that Wisconsin is a critical swing state — well, this decision by the state Supreme Court can have major repercussions on how the election plays itself out — as well as the results.
