A bomb threat at the San Francisco International airport forced thousands of people to evacuate over the weekend. The threat has since been resolved. A community in California is taking a slightly different approach to battling the fentanyl epidemic–awareness through art. One county’s district attorney gave out awards to three high school artists who are warning peers about the danger of the drug. Truckers are protesting California's "gig worker" law. They are against regulated part-time, independent workers, who don’t belong to unions. Authorities with the water department celebrated new restoration projects this month. Its goals? To expand on public use and protect the Delta. The Getty Museum celebrates its 25th anniversary.
