Trump Returns to New York Court, Cohen Not Available

Former President Trump was present Tuesday in the New York Court for the financial fraud case brought by Attorney General Letitial James. Trump was expecting to see his former attorney Michael Cohen on the witness stand. Cohen postponed his appearance, saying on social media that he had to take care of a health condition.
