Containers Waiting Over a Week at LA Port

A new report says goods have sat on the ground at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach for over a week at a time. The new report says the December delays were at an all-time high.
According to the Pacific Merchant Shipping Association, cargo containers sat at the Southern California ports for an average of 8 days. The report, published on Thursday, says the containers are unloaded then sit idle at the twin ports.
