Democrat Criticizes Leaders Over Stock Ban Delay

Lawmakers have left town until November without making good on their promise to vote on banning stock trading. Leaders of the Democrat-controlled congress previously promised a vote would happen before they left Friday, but later dropped their plans to hold the vote. Now one lawmaker is criticizing her own party's leaders.
