Island Off California Coast Surviving Drought

Up and down the state, California residents are struggling through extreme drought. In many areas, residents are not only encouraged to conserve water, but some are restricted on how much water they can tap into for outdoor use. And it’s even more complicated for Southern California residents who live about 22 miles off the coast on Catalina Island.
