The suspect accused of attacking Paul Pelosi told police he wanted to break House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's kneecaps, according to a criminal complaint filed by the Justice Department on Oct. 31. Former President Trump is urging the U.S. Supreme Court to stop the IRS from handing over his tax returns to the House Ways and Means Committee.
