UK Veteran Arrested 'For Causing Anxiety'

NTD News
NTD News
Last week, an army veteran was arrested for "causing anxiety." Hampshire Police handcuffed a 51-year-old man after he shared a post critical of LGBT on social media. The original post was a meme posted by actor and leader of the Reclaim Party Laurence Fox, showing pride flags digitally mocked up into the shape of a swastika. The police allegedly received a complaint about the image. The Police and Crime commissioner for Hampshire and Isle of Wight has since said she was “concerned about both the proportionality and necessity of the police’s response to this incident.” Laurence Fox and former police officer Harry Miller were at the scene of the arrest. NTD spoke with Miller, who says the police weren't following the law.
