Christmas Eve armed robber overpowered by shopkeeper

CCTV footage has captured the moment a gun-wielding raider was overpowered by a shopkeeper and his assistant on Christmas Eve. It happened at the Spend n Save store on Pleck Road in the Pleck area of Walsall just before 7pm. As part of the on-going investigations officers have released the footage and are appealing for information into the brazen attempt to rob the store hours before Christmas Day.
