Study Finds 1 Out Of 10 Americans Deleted Facebook Account Due To Privacy Concerns
In the wake of the Cambridge Analytica scandal, the hashtag "#DeleteFacebook" has trended, and you might even know people who cut ties with their Facebook account. According to a new study conducted by Techpinions, 9% of Americans say they have deleted their Facebook account altogether over privacy concerns. 35% say they're using Facebook less than they used to. Techpinions thinks that lower engagement is actually the real risk for Facebook, not necessarily people deleting their accounts.
