A HOUSE FIRE IN TEXAS HAS LEFT FOUR YOUNG CHILDREN DEAD

LUBBOCK COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES, WOLFFORTH AND CARLISLE VOLUNTERR FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES ARRIVED ON SCENE TO A WOLFFORTH HOUSE FIRE WEDNESDAY (11/7) NIGHT. THEY LOCATED FOUR CHILDREN STUCK INSIDE THE RESIDENCE. RESCUERS PERFORMED LIFESAVING MEASURES, BUT THE FOUR YOUNG CHILDREN - RANGING IN AGE FROM ONE TO SEVEN YEARS OLD - ULTIMATELY DIED. THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL’S OFFICE AND THE LUBBOCK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE ARE CONTINUING TO INVESTIGATE THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE AND ANY PENDING CRIMINAL CHARGES.
