Child becomes internet hero after gesture at Moscow governor

Raymond Liu
This little girl in pink has become an internet hero in Russia.   She made a gesture to say “you are killing us” to the governor of the Moscow region.   He was trying to calm protesters about health problems from a toxic landfill in the area.   Tanya Lozova’s gesture at Gov. Andrei Vorobyov has gone viral.    "It means you have seen it with your own eyes and maybe have smelled the odor [from the landfill] too?“ asked the reporter.    "Yes, yes. I did not have any symptoms, but my cousin had stomach aches and dizziness. I had a little bit of a headache,” said Tanya.   The 10-year-old said she wants the landfill to close so that people can breathe "fresh air.” Credi: AP
