Beautiful Cloud Formation Captivates Town

Jean Oliviera spotted this so-called rainbow cloud in the skies above his hometown of Caxias, Brazil, on December 6. According to local reports, many other eyewitnesses also got out their cameras to capture the beautiful and mesmerizing colors.
