STORYLINE: In Hemsby, Norfolk,  13 homes on sandy cliffs have been evacuated. 
 
High tides and strong winds have eroded the cliffs 

and now houses are close to failing into the sea. 
 
In 2013, five bungalows fell into the water during a tidal surge. 
 
The Great Yarmouth Borough Council said the homeowners were forced to leave over the weekend.
