Indiana Fire Department Shares Compilation of Careless Drivers After Second Head-On Collision in a Month A fire department in Indianapolis has shared dashcam footage of close encounters its firefighters have had with road users who “are not paying attention” after a second fire engine was involved in a head-on collision in less than a month. A clip shared to the Wayne Township Fire Department Facebook page shows a number of collisions and close encounters firefighters have had to deal with between 2013 and 2018. The footage was posted after a fire engine was involved in a head-on crash on May 30. Four firefighters were responding to a medical call when the driver of a car traveling the opposite direction drove over the center lines and hit the engine straight on. The clip, which includes footage of the May 30 collision, had earned over 24,000 views at the time of writing. Credit: Wayne Township Fire Department via Storyful
