Yankee Stadium is upping the ante with its new menu

Yankee Stadium is upping the ante with its new menu. It's now offering General Tso's Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, Sweet Pineapple BBQ Kalua Pork Nachos, and four new  flavors of Grand Slam milkshakes. There are two vanilla milkshakes: one with churro, cotton candy, Cracker Jack, and caramel; the other with funfetti vanilla cupcakes and frosting. The other two are chocolate, one with one s'mores and the other with cookies and M&Ms. The stadium also has a new beer, the NY Pinstripe Pilsner, that not only has the Yankees logo on it, but some of the players' faces as well. It's made by Long Island's Blue Point Brewing Company and will only be available at Yankee Stadium's Blue Point Bleachers Bar. "We're making sure there's a wide variety of options and that we're keeping current with food trends," said Matt Gibson, executive chef at the stadium.  The Yankees will have their first home game of the season on April 2 against the Tampa Bay Rays.
