CDC Identifies Source of E. Coli Outbreak

Henry Yan
An outbreak of 35 cases of E. coli may have been solved. The CDC says it was caused by romaine lettuce from Yuma County, Arizona. The CDC didn’t identify a grower or provider. But it recommends throwing away chopped romaine lettuce from the region and not buying chopped lettuce without knowing the origin. People in 11 states were infected. 22 were hospitalized. No deaths have been reported, but 3 have developed a type of kidney failure. NTD TV Henry Yan reporting in New York
