Man Saves Sea Turtle Stuck in Mangroves

This guy came across a sea turtle that was stuck in the mangroves. Its rear flipper was damaged after a float line became tangled around it. The guy made multiple calls to seek professional help but received no response. He decided to cut the rope and take it to the water on a makeshift sled.
