Vienna ranked as most liveable city in the world

The Austrian capital, Vienna has been named the world’s most liveable city. Taking the top spot is a first for Europe. Vienna beat Australia’s Melbourne in the survey which rates 140 cities worldwide. The top 5 cities were Vienna, Melbourne, Osaka, Calgary, and Sydney. They were rated on factors like political stability, education, health care, and crime rate. The bottom 5 cities were Damascus, Dhaka, Lagos, Karachi, and Port Moresby.
