Police Seeking Man for Forcible Touching in the Bronx

The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the individual in the attached video and photograph, who is wanted in connection to several forcible touching incidents that occurred within the confines of the 42 Precincts. Details are as follows: Incident #1: It was reported to police that on Friday May 11, 2018, at approximately 11:10 p.m. in front of 3822 3 Avenue, the individual grabbed the 25-year-old female victim’s buttock as she walked past him. The individual then followed the victim around the corner, pulled her towards him and rubbed himself on her. When the victim shoved him away, he ran into Crotona Park. Incident #2: It was reported to police that on Friday May 11, 2018, at approximately 11:30 p.m. in front of 1250 Franklin Avenue, the individual approached the 14-year-old female victim and grabbed her crotch over her clothing. The individual fled on foot southbound on Franklin Avenue. Incident #3: It was reported to police that on Friday May 11, 2018, at approximately 11:40 p.m. in front of 1325 Franklin Avenue, the individual approached the 19-year-old female victim and grabbed her crotch over her clothing. The individual fled on foot in an unknown direction. The individual is described as a male, black, 20 to 25 years old, 5’7″ Last seen wearing a black jacket, red camouflage pants and black and white sneakers
